24 Hour cancellation policy for lessons and rentals:

Kempton Sports, Inc enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and semi-private lessons and rentals. A credit card number is required to book any lesson or rental that is not pre-paid. This information will only used if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time or you do not show for the scheduled time. If you choose to use the same credit card for payment that was used to hold the reservation Kempton Sports, Inc will need to manually swipe this card for security purposes. We do not keep your credit card on file for future use.

Group class and camp registration policy:

• Payment is necessary to secure a registered spot in any group class or camp.
• All group class and camp registrations are non-refundable.
• We do not offer refunds or credits if you miss a class or day of camp.
• We do not offer make-up classes in order to maintain proper player to instructor ratio.

  24 hour Cancellation Policy

  Kempton Sports, Inc has a 24 hour cancellation policy for ALL events including lessons, classes, camps, and rentals.
  If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the event you will be charged the full amount of the event. If the player has a doctor/medical note, this policy may be excused.

  Cancelling for a Class/Clinic/Camp/etc.

  A credit will be issued if a lesson, class, camp, etc. is canceled by Kempton Sports, Inc. However, there are no class make ups or credits issued if an event is missed and the event takes place.

  Lesson Policy
  Lesson packages are non-transferrable nor able to be shared among players.

  Lesson packages cannot be done retroactively. Purchased lessons do not expire. Payment is due at the time of service. Lessons are to be executed by Kempton Sports Staff Instructors only.

  Refund Policy
  Kempton Sports, Inc. does not offer Refunds on Lessons, Camps, Classes, Clinics, Facility Rentals or Private Engagements.

  Cancellation by Kempton Sports, Inc

  Kempton Sports, Inc reserves the right to cancel or call early dismissal for any event that may be impacted due to weather conditions or unforeseen situations.

  Kempton Sports, Inc reserves the right to cancel any program due to lack of enrollment.
